Is The Princeton Delivery Company fully insured?
Yes, we are fully insured. At your request, a certificate of insurance can be provided and our insurance carrier can keep you updated as to all of our policies and their current viability.
How long will it take for a driver to arrive at my location?
Our standard of service is 30 minutes or less anywhere in the greater Princeton area.
How far away will you deliver?
We'll deliver anywhere we can drive to! From our headquarters in New Jersey we have traveled to pick up and deliver shipments as far as Buffalo New York, Boston Maine, all the way down to Virginia. We are also able to arrange flights for express packages to be flown to other cities.
Are you fully bonded for driver dishonesty?
Yes, we are fully bonded for driver dishonesty. Our clients are bonded for $25,000 per such incidents, should they arise. We carefully screen all of our personnel and so far we have never had any such incident occur.
Does it cost extra to have a 30lb box delivered?
No, our standard delivery charge includes up to 50lbs of weight delivered at no extra charge. There is, however, an extra charge for shipments in excess of 50lbs and/or for oversized packages.
Do I receive a telephone confirmation upon delivery?
You have the option to request a telephone or email confirmation, whichever you prefer. You may also setup your account in advance, to always receive delivery confirmations. As long as your request is known to us, we are happy to accommodate.
